We treat each new account as a project. Once the contract is signed a project leader is assigned to manage the process from beginning to end, to ensure that the PROJECT is installed smoothly and in a timely manner.


This includes such duties as:


  • Outlining an implementation plan with the client to work out a timetable for completion.

  • Managing the overall project with regular meetings to make sure the timetable is met.

  • Doing a detailed business process analysis in order to marry the business to the software system.


    By utilizing this approach and working hand in hand with the client, we avoid the “horror” stories of poor installations that do not work properly. We have an excellent track record. References are available upon request.

  • Determining data conversion requirements and document design (invoices, purchase orders, etc)

  • Scheduling and managing the installation of the hardware and training.

  • Working out the specifications of any customization required as well as managing the programming changes from inception to installation on the client site.
